Sarasota center, and shopping are moments away driving distance ...moments to the Bayfront park (My favorite place)With O'Leary's Tiki bar, and marina jack's waterfront dining, beaches, art, music, and airport all close by.. Main street is loaded with restaurants and drinking establishments I cannot give out the property address at the moment, as I have a very private tenant there at the moment,. And cannot be disturbed. however, I have a walk-through video I can supply you with. Location? near Fruitville and shade. Just moments from all that downtown has to offer. Considering we are on the outskirts of downtown, it's amazingly quiet and most commentaries on Vrbo and Airbnb mentioned the desirability of the location and the access to absolutely everything that the West Coast of Florida has to offer.
