This position is located in Sarasota, FL and is an onsite position.
Customer Service Representative RESPONSIBILITIES Answering and engaging with customers and team partners over the phone and e-mail.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Stay current on all events and promotions to properly convey information to Team Partners and Customers.
Ensure a smooth CRM (Customer Relationship Management) process by maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Assist the office manager with various projects, reports.
Provide daily operational reports.
Attend and participate in some of our exciting events.
REQUIREMENTS 3
years of relevant work experience in the field of Customer Service Experience in the direct selling industry is a plus, or in some other kind of collaborative business.
You are able to work independently as well as in a team, adapt quickly to changes, very well-organized and stress resistant.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual a plus Previous experience in an organizational ERP system is highly advantageous (SAP, NAV).
