You play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive customer service and sales experience.
The objective of the Customer Support Associate is to raise client recognition and increase sales through genuine conversations, a passion for helping others, and belief that transparency and honesty are the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
Core Job Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate:
Communicating directly with new and existing customers and providing excellent customer service while recommending products and services best suited to their needs Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our client's products and services Engaging and educating customers on services offered, while ensuring they have a positive customer service and sales experience Assisting in the client management of any new or existing customers to answer questions, overturn objections, surpass their needs, and increase satisfaction Researching competitors to ensure we maintain a cutting-edge in the customer service and sales industry Tracking and measuring customer conversion rates, sales interactions, and other vital indicators; making adjustments as needed to keep our customers for the long-term Representing the clients with honesty, and communicating key concepts clearly Customer Support Associate
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of demonstrated customer service or sales experience Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust under pressure Proven ability to build client rapport and enhance the customer and sales experience Passion for meeting new people and building genuine relationships Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude Must be extremely motivated, self-directed, and capable of working autonomously Job Type:
