Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office- Oversee patient scheduling and ensure that appointments are properly booked and confirmed- Manage patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll processing- Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure that their needs are met- Maintain a clean and organized office environmentRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred- 2
years of experience in a dental office or medical office setting- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in dental software programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferredPerks of joining our growing work family:
