Registered Nurse (Full Time)

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patients' overall physical and mental well-being Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatments, and preventive measures Document and maintain accurate records of patients' progress and treatment plans
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field Strong clinical skills and ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes
