Must have significant Metals Processing
Experience:
o Stainless steel film stampingo Stainless forming and windingo Metal formingo Making precision adjustmentsMust have experience working with older Stamping and Metal forming equipmento Experience with having to figure out how to make equipment work by being hands on and using trial and error and making adjustments along the wayCustom Built Equipment experienceo Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting and improvement of systems in productiono Precision alignment or adjustment +/- 0.00X of mechanical assembly systems Must have Hands on mechanical equipment experience Need to have good eyesight and attention to detail as all measurements are very precise Needs a hands-on type, in the equipment type, of engineer. Candidate needs to be on the floor probably 6 hrs
per day. Metal Stamping experience a must, but we are not looking for stamping of large applications. That's going to be a major learning curve. Must be strong with Tooling and Stamping. Must be able to work with Mechanics on the floor to help them troubleshoot the machines and teach them how to troubleshoot machines. Majority of the work will be on the floor and not in the office.
