Position information:
Managing the day to day operations of the community including handling resident requests, collecting rent, leasing apartments housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds keeping activities.
Position requirements:
A minimum of one year of previous experience
Effective communication skills
Previous property management experience preferred, but not required
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
